Where do I enter the festival? Anywhere. We have no fences here.
What does admission cost? NOTHING!
What are the hours? Friday 6-10pm. Saturday 11am-10pm. Sunday 12-5pm.
Where do I park? There is plenty of free parking all over the park.
What about handicap accessibility? There are many accessible parking spaces at City Park near the Festival site. There are handicap-accessible restrooms located inside the Pavillion where the Children's Activity Center is located. There are portable handicap-accessible restrooms located on the pavement at the Festival site. What should I bring? There are some bleachers but you might consider bringing your own lawn chair or blanket. If you want to shop or buy food bring some money but we won’t take any of it for admission. Since it is a FREE ADMISSION event, if you can consider a donation we would be very appreciative. The majority of the festival is outdoors so prepare appropriately whether its sunscreen and shades or rain boots and an umbrella. Above all, make sure you bring good vibes and a sense of adventure.
Is there a cost to participate in workshops? NO!
Is there a cost for kid's activities? Arts and craft stations within the Children's Activity Center located inside the Pavillion are free of charge. Some workshops held inside the Pavillion may charge a small fee for materials. Other kids' activities located outside the Pavillion, provided by vendors and they charge a fee to participate.
Where are the restrooms? There are restrooms in the pavilion and another set of facilities on the far side of the pavilion from the festival area. There are also port-a-johns on the grounds.
Is there alcohol? No. Unfortunately we are not allowed and neither are you. Sorry.
What kind of food will be available? We have all sorts of concessions to choose from. There is a variety of ethnic foods to try as well as festival favorites. See our food page for more information.
What happens if it rains? We are a rain or shine festival. If a storm is too bad or sets in for a while we will do everything we can to move the entertainment inside the pavilion. If weather conditions warrant a change, the decision will be posted on our fb page. Any change to scheduled events due to weather will be made on a case-by-case basis. Severe weather conditions (thunder, lightning and heavy rain, high winds) will force the movement of some of the activities inside the Pavilion while other activities that cannot be relocated may need to be cancelled. We ask for your patience and understanding should the event need to move indoors. Once the weather breaks we will start things back up outside as soon as it is safe to do so. Don’t let the rain keep you away. We will lay straw so bring your favorite rain boots and enjoy the day.
Where do vendors check in? Vendor check in is next to the pavilion. There will be a sign.
Where do performers check in? Performers can check in at the tent beside the stage. There will be a sign.
Are dogs allowed? We prefer if you leave your furry family at home. There is a lot going on at the festival and can be overwhelming for your pets.
Do vendors take cash or card? Many vendors take card but to be on the safe side bring some cash too.
Is there an ATM nearby? Yes! We will have an ATM available in the pavilion.
Is the festival all ages? Yes. We have something for everyone.
Is this an overnight event? No. This is a day festival. The event closes down Friday and Saturday at 10:00PM and Sunday at 5:00 PM. There is no public camping available onsite, but the festival is located within city limits at Parkersburg City Park, 1920 Park Ave. Parkersburg, WV so if you do a web-search, you should be able to find accommodations you need.
